Midland PD Sergeant Arrested for Public Intoxication

 

MIDLAND, TX – A Midland Police Department sergeant was arrested Sunday night for public intoxication.

According to CBS7, Midland police officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Camp Drive for a report of a “white male staggering around an apartment complex with a gun in his waistband.”

The male was identified as Sergeant Chance Rainer and was for public intoxication.

The Midland Police Department place Rainer on administrative suspension pending the investigation of a prior infraction before being arrested.
