Crimes Against Women and Children Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Mark Norman was arrested for MTR sexual assault at 5:08 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
• Justin Khantharasy was jailed for COMM possession of child pornography at 4:07 p.m. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 373 inmates currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

• Brittany Locke was arrested for one MISC CPF at 1:00 a.m. She was released without bond at 3:28 a.m. 
• Arturo Reyna was jailed for two MISC COMM at 3:14 a.m.
• Curtis Stevens was jailed for three  MISC COMM at 4:00 a.m. 
• Jamaud Satfield was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and class c assault at 5:38 a.m. His bond is set at $3,012. 
• Dustyn Laird was arrested for RPR DWLI with a previous conviction at 9:35 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
• Cynthia Watson was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 11:37 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Carlos Perez was arrested for accident involving injury at 2:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Paul Alfaro was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:58 p.m. He was released at 4:58 p.m. 
• Darlene Schultz was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:59 p.m. She was released at 6:13 p.m. 
• Legend Romine was jailed for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 3:17 p.m. 
• Vicente Serbantez was arrested for public intoxication at 3:50 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
• Justin Khantharasy was jailed for COMM possession of child pornography at 4:07 p.m. 
• Juan Salinas was arrested for GOB criminal trespassing at 5:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Mark Norman was arrested for MTR sexual assault at 5:08 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000.
