Running from the Police and Assault Arrests Top the Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifty-six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Gerardo Govea was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Lopez was arrested for resisting arrest, evading arrest, J/N unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, DWLI, acceleration by spinning tires, no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, one MISC FTA, and three MISC VPTA at 11:16 p.m. His bond is set at $6,430. 
  • William Nalley was arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury at 2:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 390 inmates currently in jail as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Mauricio Rosas was arrested for public intoxication at 219 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Sasha Villarreal was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 9:54 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Christopher Gray was arrested for theft of a property, failure to identify a fugitive from justice, one MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and a MISC VOP at 10:03 a.m. His bond is set at $1,482. 
  • Norberto Gonzales was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:53 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Oziel Garcia was arrested for second COMM driving while intoxicated at 10:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Leonel Torres was arrested for criminal mischief at 12:00 p.m. He was released without bond at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Emmitt Wilkinson was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 3:14 p.m. His bond was set at $512 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Rebecka McCall was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Leslie Clay was arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury at 4:23 p.m. She was released without bond Sunday at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Julian Garcia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 4:45 p.m. His bond was set at $25,000 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Alexander Urias was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:07 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Secoya Ramsey was arrested for MTR abandoning or endangering a child by criminal negligence at 6:14 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Grant was arrested for GJI sex offender duty to register for life annually at 6:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jonathan Morales was arrested for MTR evading arrest with a vehicle at 7:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Crystal Chavez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:59 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Danielle Reyes was arresed for walking with flow of traffic and a MISC CPF at 8:25 p.m. Her bond was set at $264 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Justin Cortez was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 9:20 p.m. His bond was set at $1,662 and was released Saturday at 3:13 a.m. 
  • Marcanthony Garza was arrested for three MISC CPF at 11:00 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 12:13 p.m.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Samantha Brigham was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 12:21 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:13 pm. 
  • Stepherner Frazier was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath at 1:48 a.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 
  • Brandan Gilbert was arrested for no DL, one MISC FTA, and a MISC VPTA at 2:52 a.m. His bond was set at $1,634 and was released at 3:58 a.m. 
  • Steven Skeen was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC FTA at 4:35 a.m. His bond is set at $9,406. 
  • Cody McKinney was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 4:59 am. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Isiah White was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:12 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Kyndall James was arrested for DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, eight MISC CPF, one MISC VOP, and two MISC VPTA at 9:15 a.m. His bond is set at $4,204. 
  • Everett Mogg was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, GOB bail jumping, GOB DWLI with a previous conviction, and DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:57 a.m. His bond is set at $10,500. 
  • Gerardo Govea was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Victor Allen was arrested for burglary of vehicles and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:08 p.m. His bond was set at $1,161 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Francisco Garfias was arrested for MTR assault to a peace officer/judge, GOB possession of a controlled substance, and three MISC CPF at 5:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Deborah Mathen was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 5:11 p.m. Her bond was set at $11,000 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Raul Sanchez-Amezcua was placed on a MISC ICE hold at 5:11 p.m. He was released to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Monday at 7:28 a.m. 
  • Noe Maldonado was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:28 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
  • Nicholas Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:16 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Bobby Marksberry was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 9:18 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Sophia Silva was arrested for public intoxication at 11:45 p.m. Her bond was set at $462 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Martin Cano was arrested for one MISC CPF at 11:53 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 2:43 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Matthew Soto was arrested for no proof of financial responsibility, no proof of financial responsibility, and one MISC FTA at 12:57 a.m. His bond was set at $1,838 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Rudy Dominguez was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 1:07 a.m. His bond was set at $512 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Mark Wilson was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:41 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  • Jose Cruz was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 1:48 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 2:58 p.m. 
  • Lane Horwood was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 2:38 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Elizabeth Goode was arrested for purchasing alcohol for a minor at 2:43 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Nathan Wilson was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:07 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:43 a.m. 
  • Jodi Adams was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:11 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Eusebio Martinez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 4:50 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Caleb McDaniel was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 4:59 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 2:58 p.m. 
  • Riccardo Coney was arrested for resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated at 7:45 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  • William Nalley was arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury at 2:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gabriel Reel was arrested for a MISC VOP at 6:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Javier Cruz was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 7:01 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Raul Ledezma was arrested for COMM unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 7:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jessica Perez was arrested for expired registration and no DL at 10:36 p.m. Her bond was set at $796 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Justin Smith was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:28 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Anthony Durst was arrested for two MISC CPF at 11:56 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:13 a.m.
