Aggravated Assault Tops Booking Report for Monday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Michael Leech was arrested for aggravated assault assault to a date/family/house with a weapon, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 4:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Garcia was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 1:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Mary Sutton was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:14 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 422 inmates currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

  • Juan Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and obstruction at 1:02 a.m. His bond is set at $33,000. 
  • Conrado Partida was arrested for displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:40 a.m. His bond was set at $2,426 and was released at 4:28 a.m. 
  • Jacob Galvan was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:48 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:28 a.m. 
  • Gregory Green was arrested for a MISC felony FTA at 3:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,114 and was released at 2:58 p.m. 
  • Derrick Styles was arrested for a MISC VOP at 9:42 am. His bod has not been set at this time. 
  • Laetitia Kemp was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 11:05 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Royce Silva was arrested for criminal trespassing at 11:33 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:58 p.m. 
  • Kenneth Fowler was arrested for RPR DWLI with a previous conviction, FTA no insurance, and FTA DWLI at 12:33 p.m. His bond was set at $700 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Evagene Shields was arrested for VOP theft of a property amd VOP criminal mischief at 12:45 p.m. She was released without bond at 8:13 p.m. 
  • Oscar Garcia was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath or circulation at 1:50 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Garcia was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 1:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • April Torres was arrested for credit card or debit card abuse at 2:54 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Albert Perez was placed on a US marshal hold at 3:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Javalen Keith was arrested for VOP possession of a controlled substance at 3:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Terrel Dix was arrested for six MISC CPF at 3:47 p.m. He was released without bond Tuesday at 1:13 a.m. 
  • Michael Leech was arrested for aggravated assault assault to a date/family/house with a weapon, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 4:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Geofferey Whitaker was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 5:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Vicente Serbantez was arrested for terroristic threat of a family member at 5:36 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 7:43 p.m.  
  • Mary Sutton was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:14 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Annamarie Garcia was arrested for one MISC CPF at 7:27 p.m. His bond was set at 7:27 p.m. She was released without bond at 11:28 p.m. 
  • Hector Cadena was arrested for two MISC CPF at 8:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jesse Guzman was arrested for RPR possession of a marijuana at 8:34 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Eric Martinez was arrested for DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, speeding in a school zone, and three MISC VPTA at 9:58 p.m. His bond was set at $4,768 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Julia Pedroza was arrested for five MISC CPF at 10:10 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ramon Garza was arrested for criminal trespassing at 11:17 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Dwain Clemons was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a MISC VOP at 11:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alexis Boswell was arrested for J/N credit or debit card abuse and three MISC CPF at 11:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
