Running from the Law with Reefer and a Controlled Substance Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nineteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Justin Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a dangerous drug at 8:05 a.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
  • Antonio Rodriguez was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle, evading arrest, and four MISC CPF at 6:09 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Samuel Cerna was arrested for sexual assault of a child, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:34 p.m. His bond is set at $251,162. 

The Tom Green County jail has 446 beds.  There were 413 inmates currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

  • Juliana Antu was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 2:09 a.m. Her bond is set at $920 and was released at 3:28 a.m. 
  • Lucio Solano was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:29 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:43 a.m. 
  • Justin Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a dangerous drug at 8:05 a.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
  • Luis Perez was jailed for COMM fleeing police officers beginning at 9:40 a.m. He was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Nieves Castro-Badillo was jailed for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated beginning at 10:43 a.m.
  • Frank Teague was arrested for theft of a property at 11:00 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Alexander Hernandez was jailed for COMM criminal trespassing beginning at 12:20 p.m. 
  • Samuel Cerna was arrested for sexual assault of a child, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:34 p.m. His bond is set at $251,162. 
  • Cody Guerette was jailed for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member beginning at 2:54 p.m. 
  • Billy White was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana beginning at 2:59 p.m. 
  • Haliss Gibbs was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana and COMM unlawful carrying of a weapon beginning at 3:02 p.m. 
  • Andres Noyola was arrested for MTR theft from person, no DL, no insurance, speeding, and three MISC VPTA at 4:16 p.m. His bond is set at $3,728. 
  • Cristian Estrada-Larranaga was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 4:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Justin Belbey was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 6:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Antonio Rodriguez was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle, evading arrest, and four MISC CPF at 6:09 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Tierra Duarte was arrested for two MISC CPF at 6:35 p.m. She was released without bond at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Vincent Sikes was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 8:17 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Lauren Fernandez was arrested for RPR DWLI at 9:02 p.m. She was released without bond at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Eddie Sanaugustine was arrested for J/N assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
