Possession of Pot and Possession of a Fake Drug Test Device Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated, and possessing a drug test falsification device. 

  • Lillian Talavera was arrested for false drug test falsification devise at 4:09 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Jacob Reeves was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:13 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Justin Cueller was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 11:09 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Tuesday at 7:43 a.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 457 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Andres Antu was arrested for driving while intoxicated, passing on the right, and speeding at 1:28 a.m. His bond was set at $1,568 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Thomas Russell was arrested for terroristic threat to a family/household member at 1:35 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Rayn Porras Alvarez was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated at 3:30 a.m. His bond is set at $9,000. 
  • Josue Munoz was arrested for resisting arrest, unlawful carrying of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, failure to change address on DL, failure to control speed causing a collision, speeding, and three MISC VPTA at 3:34 a.m. His bond was set at $5,148 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Michael Garcia was arrested for GJI abandoning and endangering a child by criminal negligence, RPR prohibited weapon, and RPR DWLI with a previous conviction at 4:28 a.m. He was released without bond at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Roberto Venegas was placed on a US Marshal hold starting at 4:41 a.m. 
  • Terry Stinnett was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 3 at 8:44 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Elijah Odell was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance PG 1 and COMM possession of a controlled substance PG3 at 9:13 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Nathaniel Kind was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:36 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Monica Biera was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:07 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ermelinda Samaripa was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 11:08 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carey Sherrod was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Julie Barnes was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:59 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Vincente Serbantez was arrested for GOB assault to a family member with a previous conviction, GOB assault to a family/household member by impeding breath/circulation, GOB burglary of a habitation, GOB failure to identify as a fugitive with intent by giving false information, and violation of protective order at 12:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kenny Velarde was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jesse Byers was arrested for theft of a property, class c theft, and VOP DWLI with a previous conviction at 2:41 p.m. His bond is set at $924. 
  • Adam Pounds was arrested for assault to a family/household member with a previous conviction and a MISC FTA for leaving a child in a vehicle at 3:18 p.m. His bond is set at $1,124. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 at 3:56 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lillian Talavera was arrested for false drug test falsification devise at 4:09 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Robert Easterly was arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury at 5:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ruben Castillo was arrested for four MISC DWLI, four MISC VPTA, three MISC expired vehicle registration, and speeding at 5:39 p.m. His bond was set at $7,950 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Lenard Barnes was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 7:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Vargas was arrested for one MISC FTA at 9:45 p.m. His bond was set at $454 and was released Tuesday at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Justin Cueller was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 11:09 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Tuesday at 7:43 a.m.
