Assaulting a Cop While Being Intoxicated Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including assaulting an officer while being intoxicated, aggravated assault, and multiple possession offenses. 

Out of the 446 beds, 473 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Cristian Bustos was arrested for assault by contact to a police officer, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and failure to identify by giving false information. His bond was set at $1,934 and was released at 7:13 a.m. 
  • Jade Hall was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:05 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  • Noel Gonzales was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana and failure to identify by giving fake information at 4:15 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Antonio Duran was arrested for no DL and expired registration at 9:15 a.m. He was released without bond at 1:58 p.m. 
  • Victor Calderon was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:49 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  • Conner Knupp was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:11 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  • Cody Eisenbach was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:23 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Eric Arp was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:35 a.m. His bond was set at $420 and was released at 7:13 p.m. 
  • Jose Valdez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a MISC VOP at 10:45 a.m. His bond is set at $420. 
  • Joe Noriega was arrested for violating a protective order at 11:05 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Martin Ortiz was arrested for COMM his second driving while intoxicated at 11:18 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jacob Moya was arrested for VOP criminal mischief at 11:37 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Levi Rosser was arrested for no proof of a financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC FTA, one MISC VPTA, and was placed on a US Marshal Hold. His bond is set at $2,776. 
  • Pedro Robledo was arrested for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and a MISC bench warrant at 4:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Sylvia Carrillo was arrested for three MISC CPF at 5:14 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:20 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ramon Neal was arrested for GJI accident involving death at 6:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Steven Ray was arrested for one MISC FTA and one MISC CPF at 9:05 p.m. His bond was set at $482 and was released at 10:58 p.m. 
  • Yakariel Young was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Rian McKinley was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:35 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:43 a.m.
