Guess it's easier to sit and copy a story from off the AP wire from another town than it is to actually go out and do reporter stuff and find something here locally to report on....... Maybe I should subscribe to the Abilene and Odessa papers and get all this news first hand..........

PermalinkGuess it's easier to sit and hurl criticism at others sharing news of San Angelo AND surrounding area. I read original SAL stories written by staff journalists daily. From what I can tell, most content is provided by only 3 or 4 writers, who could easily spend all their time reporting on local crime. They can't be everywhere, and I'm quite sure many of their readers live in the region.
I submit my snarky comments regularly, but if I critique specifics of a story, I try to do so in a constructive manner.
Now go to your room and meditate on what I just said.
Dismissed.
