The motorcycle was not in the wrong, the truck pulled out in front of him. Don't blame all motorcyclist because you don't like to pay attention.

"I am one that if I see someone on a motorcycle I will turn and go down a different street. I avoid them like the plague."

On behalf of all motorcyclists like myself I am really happy to hear that because it's idiots like you that are usually the cause of accidents.

I am new in this town, maybe 6 years, and I have been a motorcyclist for all my life in big cities. I have come to the conclusion that the people that ride motorcycles in this town are not safe. I see numerous errors in judgment everyday. In a town with the worst drivers, a motorcyclist has to be xtra-xtra-xtra carful. I would never ride a motorcycle in this town or a bike for that matter. Your even at risk walking down the sidewalk, if there is one. I have raced motorcycles in Willow Springs, and other places. I have the experience to make these statements. I see no helmets on most motorcyclist in this town. I have seen literally peoples head open on the street from where I am from. If you don't wear a helmet, and gloves, and long sleeves at least, you are a f*** idiot. I had a serious accident when I was young and should of died, but I had helmet, pants, gloves, long sleeves and the experience to control my collision. I was fine. Both are at fault in my opinion, (being on a bike for my whole life).
