New $9.5 Million Skilled Nursing Facility Coming to San Angelo

SAN ANGELO— A new skilled nursing facility is coming to San Angelo.

Over on YMCA Drive behind the old Community Hospital, which is now Shannon South, a new nursing facility is under construction.

In the April building and inspections report, a San Angelo Skilled Nursing Facility was issued a permit for the amount of $9.5 million at 3215 YMCA Drive. Construction crews were seen preparing the ground for foundational work.

This skilled nursing facility is one of a number of issued permits that include Amazon and Boot Barn.
