On February 6, 2015, Jason Scott Little, 28, was charged with Murder for the fatal shooting of Bertha Vasquez at Eva’s Place on February 1. Little has been in jail since February 2, 2015 on unrelated charges.
“Our officers have worked non-stop to solve this senseless murder. I am very proud of all those involved. Our prayers go out to the family of the victim. We will see justice for Bertha, said San Angelo Police Chief Tim Vasquez
Police said that the investigation is still ongoing. More information may be released once more information is available.

PermalinkI doubt that he has been arrested without any evidence. He will be given a trial but right off the bat, to me, these tattoos say "poor judgement". As far as connecting the military Tyler, he would not be allowed into the military with these tats.
