Couple Indicted for Shooting a Man in the Face

SAN ANGELO— A San Angelo couple has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for shooting a man in the face last November.

Kyeshia Angelica Hornsby and Tramarcia George have been indicted for shooting a man in the face. According to court documents, on November 10, 2022, at around 8:30 a.m., San Angelo Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 13th Street regarding a shooting victim.

Once investigators arrived on scene, officers revealed information that the victim suffered gunshot wounds to the face and torso and that he had been transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment. The officer was also told that the shooting took place at a nearby residence on the same block.

Investigators spoke with a witness who said the victim was banging on his door asking for help. The victim was lying on the ground, bloody, and wrapped in a towel. The witness told investigators that the victim was stating that he needed help and the person who hurt him was “El Negro”.

The witness said that a Keyshia Hornsby and Tramarcia George reside at the residence where the shooting allegedly took place.

Investigators spoke with officers at Shannon Medical Center regarding the victim’s prognosis. It was there that investigators learned that the victim suffered gunshot wounds to the face and sternum and required emergency treatment for the wounds. Two bullets were lodged in the victim’s body, one in the right shoulder and one in the left thigh.

A search was conducted at the residence where the shooting took place where investigators observed a live 9mm bullet lying on the floor of the front bedroom. What appeared to be fresh blood was seen on the victim’s bed and floor.

On November 11, 2022, the victim was interviewed in the ICU at Shannon Hospital. The victim stated that he lived at the residence with his girlfriend, Hornsby, and George, who the victim referred to as “El Negro”. He stated to the investigator that George shot him with a gray and black colored handgun in his bedroom.

The victim stated the gun had jammed and that George handed it to Hornsby who attempted to reload the weapon. The victim was able to escape the bedroom but was shot in the face outside the residence. Then, Hornsby and George allegedly attempted to load him into a vehicle but were unable to lift him. When the two got into a vehicle, they allegedly tried to run the victim over, but he was able to get away from them and make it to a nearby location where he asked for help.

According to a press release from the San Angelo Police Department, Hornsby and George were located in Shreveport, Louisiana and arrested. Both of them were transported and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on December 29, 2022.

Hornsby was indicted on two charges, one aggravated assault of a household member with a weapon and one aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge while George was indicted for aggravated assault of a household member and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Sooo, is attempted murder now considered politically incorrect or is an assault charge the easiest path to probation?

MAGA, Tue, 02/21/2023 - 06:48

Pretty sure TGC just put a convicted murderer on probation , so at this point everything in TGC is punishable by probation. You can diddle kids, kill someone, or both. Maybe even diddle a kid then kill them. They don't care as long as they get PAID.
