WILKES-BARRE, PA – Tens of thousands of angry American patriots converged on Wilkes-Barre, PA Saturday night to show their outrage at being labeled a 'threat to democracy' by President Joe Biden during a hate-filled speech in Philadelphia earlier in the week.
Former President Donald Trump spoke to the massive crowd and branded Biden as an 'enemy of the state.' Yahoo News is reporting that Trump made the remarks as he hit back at the US president's assertion that the Republican and his supporters are undermining American democracy and slammed last month's FBI raid of his Florida home.
"There can be no more vivid example of the very real threats from American freedom than just a few weeks ago, you saw, when we witnessed one of the most shocking abuses of power by any administration in American history," Trump said.
He also hit back at Biden's speech this week in which the president said his predecessor and Republican supporters "represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic."
Biden launched an extraordinary assault on those Republicans who embrace Trump's "Make America Great Again" ideology – and urged his own supporters to fight back in what he billed as a "battle for the Soul of the Nation."
Trump slammed it as the "most vicious, hateful and divisive speech ever delivered by an American president."
In his Sept. 1 speech, Biden attacked Republicans: "Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic." Biden said. "They promote authoritarian leaders," he went on. "They fanned the flames of political violence."
"He's an enemy of the state. You want to know that," Trump said.
Trump told cheering supporters at the rally in the city of Wilkes-Barre that the "egregious abuse of the law" was going to produce "a backlash the likes of which nobody has ever seen."

So you really think you're going to crack down on your opposition like some schoolmarm with a billy club and that there will be no resistance? Even people solidly within Democrat domains of control balk at that. Chicago is full of drag races in the streets and gruesome unsolved murders pile up day after day.
If your own don't tolerate these hamfisted responses, how much less will your opposition once they've abandoned all hope of normalcy?
