SAN ANGELO, TX – A 24-year-old San Angelo man was arrested on Friday after a grand jury indictment claimed he raped a 16-year-old girl.
According to court documents, on May 13, 2022, Benjamin Flores, 24, was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility for three grand jury indictments for sexual assault of a child and a motion to revoke on a forgery of a financial instrument case.
Flores was arrested after a warrant was issued for the grand jury indictments. A Tom Green County grand jury accused Flores of sexually assaulting a child in three different manners on or around Jan. 20, 2022.
Flores was originally arrested for the charge win Jan. 28 and was released the following day after posting a $20,000 bond. He is now charged with three counts and his bond has been increased to $60,000.
He is also being held in the jail for a MTR forgery charge from 2019. For this charge he is held without bond.

He's just gonna get a slap on the wrist and then be released to do it again. Castrate him and then give him the death penalty.
