MIDLAND, TX – Facing federal charges for trespassing on the Capitol building can be a difficult situation, especially when said person is required to remain in the continental United States.
Last month Midland flower shop owner Jenny Cudd made national headlines after posting multiple videos on social media that show her trespassing in the Capitol building. According to the conditions set by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Cudd cannot leave the country without court approval.
Court records indicate Cudd has now filed a motion to get permission to travel to Riviera Maya in Mexico this month.
According to the motion, Cudd planned and paid for a weekend retreat for her employees before she was arrested.

PermalinkSo she's paid for a trip to the Mexican Riviera for her staff and (I believe) their spouses. Which is no doubt refundable due to Covid (almost all travel is refundable these days).
She had the money to take a trip to Washington DC to tramp the halls of Congress and brag about her exploits multiple times on Facebook.
But needs an online fundraiser to pay for her lawyer? Thank God she's only raised a few hundred dollars. Looks like lots of people see right through this entitled woman and her schemes.
And, yes, the judge should deny her request for international travel.
