Suspect Accused of Choking Child for Soiling Diaper

SAN ANTONIO, TX — The San Antonio Police Department has arrested 28-year-old Christian Smith after he allegedly dragged, hit and choked a child who had a soiled diaper.

According to KSAT, last Tuesday the mother of the child saw Smith become upset when the baby soiled his diaper and “didn’t use the toilet” while sitting in his playpen.

Smith then allegedly grabbed the child by the hair, lifted him from his playpen, dragged him to the bathroom, and slapped him.

He then grabbed the child by the neck and lifted him to put him on a child-sized toilet seat. He allegedly lifted him a second time and the child turned red and began wheezing.

According to the affidavit, “the defendant released the victim before he passed out and berated him some more.”

The child was then placed the child on the toilet again, but he fell and hit his head. The mother of the child left the home after Smith left the bathroom.

Smith was arrested on Wednesday afternoon and charged with injury to a child, a third-degree felony. His bond was set at $25,000.

Once upon a time, men in a jail or prison would attack a piece trash like him. I don't know, in this day and age it may be acceptable in those places to abuse children. I would hope someone in there would do what needs to be done and maybe severely bite his nose or ear so that for the rest of his life when people ask him how did you get such a scare on your face he will lie but, will have to remember the truth.

Thank you for saying what I was thinking but to angry to put into appropriate language. Somewhere we have forgotten that we are to be held accountable for our actions, if not in this life then the next.
