SAPD Arrests Lady for Dancing Naked in Broad Daylight

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Police Department arrested a woman yesterday for dancing naked in the street. 

According to the SAPD, on September 23, officers were dispatched to the area W Avenue L and Hill in response to an indecent exposure. 

When officers arrived, they found a woman who was topless and dancing in the street. 

Police have identified the woman as 32-year-old Margarita Rodriguez. 

She was arrested and charged for indecent exposure. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 4:13 p.m. and was released the following morning at 3:58 a.m. in lieu of a $500 bond.

I still don't like the double standard that men can walk around topless yet women cannot. There are plenty of men that I don't wish to see topless either but they are free to do it and they don't get arrested. Just sayin'.

Got no problem with freeing the nipple, but ole Margarita was creating a road hazard...it was slippery from motorist's vomit.

Male breasts are ok in public, yet women must cover theirs. Movies will often feature full frontal female nudity, but penises are almost always off limits.

In the adult film industry, there's a rule of thumb (so to speak), regarding a certain act, which sets limitations for men that female performers don't have to observe.

Many laws just make sense, however, when it comes to those which attempt to curb or criminalize human sexuality, it seems all reason and common sense is all but absent.

The story said she was topless. If I understand what the law says women can be topless as long as they cover there nipples with a band aid or something like that.
