SAN ANGELO, TX-- An Angelo State University student was arrested on campus in his dorm room Tuesday after getting caught smoking in the bathroom and threatening his roommate.
Nineteen-year-old Joshua Portales was smoking pot in the Plaza Verde dorm rooms at ASU when police arrived after his roommate called them.
ASU Police say they detected the odor of burnt marijuana according to the arrest affidavit.
The police found .15 oz of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the bathroom cabinet, but Portales had already left the dorm.
The police confiscated the items, but when Portales got home he realized all of the drugs were gone.
Portales blamed his roommate for the missing items and told him, "You know, I love you and all, but if you snitched on me, we are definitely going to have a problem.
If your s*** is not out of here by 7:00 p.m, I'm going to kick your a** and I'm going to f*** your s*** up."
Portales was charged with possession of marijuana and intent to place the victim in fear of imminent serious bodily injury and damage of the victim's property.

I personally hope he is kicked out of ASU if he's not there to learn. Some people are there to learn and study to better themselves. There are not there so smoke pot.

PermalinkThe kid is a punk turdhead and needs to hit the road. ASU needs to display some cajones and lose this profane brat.
