The photos used in this story are telling. The fire truck is seen in water up midway on the wheels, while a car is parked high and dry on the edge of the street. The stop action pic on the video shows a truck completely out of water, and a car turning a corner about to go under! Flooding is serious, and hopefully those streets will be able to handle that water as they should, and keep it away from homes, etc. It is just that folks need to stay off those streets!
