SAN ANGELO, TX — (SAPD Press Release) San Angelo Police are searching for suspects who used BB/Pellet guns to shoot out car windows over the holiday weekend.
The influx of reports started on Good Friday as victims woke up to find their vehicle windows shattered and paint damaged. Several residential windows were also destroyed during reported incidents. Although most of the incidents were reported this weekend, Police have responded to new reports Monday as well as today.
Victims believe the incidents are occurring during the nighttime hours and some victims described the suspect vehicles as a dark colored, possibly older model Buick Lasabre that was closely followed by an older model white Ford Crown Victoria.
As of this date, over thirty reports have been made from the following areas:
- Unit block of East 39th
- 900 block of LBJ
- 300 block of East 6th
- 200 block of West 9th
- Unit block of West 10th
- Unit block of East 12th
- Unit block of West 12th
- 100 block of West 13th
- 1100 block of Volney
- 2400 block of Coleman
- 1800 block of Forest Park
- 1800 Block of Wilson
- 2900 block of Field
- 1900, 2400 blocks of N. Van Buren
- 2000, 2300 blocks of Glenwood
- 1800, 2600 blocks of Webster
- 100 block of North Madison
- 1300 block of Live Oak
- 1400 block of Grierson
- 2900, 3000 blocks of San Antonio
- 200, 300s block of North Washington
- 2600 block of West Harris
- 2200, 2400 blocks of Abilene
- 1600 block of Evelyn
- 2700, 2900 blocks of Freeland
- 1600 block of Wynn
- 1800 block of Colorado
- 400 block of North Sellers
- 2200 block of Hill
- 1400 block of Mayse
- 1500 block of Fulton
- 3000 block of SAC

Wow. Little bro’s, lots of good shooting. You playing the losing lottery. You going to stick your little pellet gun out the window and scare some crazy war vet that can’t sleep or some gun nut. They will blast you away over a $50 deductible for a windshield because they think they have the right. What sucks is they’ll miss you and end blowing away your little 15 year cousin sitting in the middle seat. Go tell his mamma how fun it was shooting windshields that night. Sorry the old dude killed him it wasn’t our fault.
