The driver, 19-year-old Christopher Ryan Sereno, then overcorrected, went across the roadway and entered the north barrow ditch. The third passenger, an 8-month-old male, was transported to University/San Antonio, Texas with non-incapacitating injuries. At the time of the crash, it was noted that he was in stable condition. Sgt. Biddle said, "The 8-month-old was probably secured in a child safety seat."

When will people realize when the law says buckle up it means everybody! This is the second baby killed in a crash because someone wasn't doing their job assuring these babies were secure. And now, another family grieves because of thier stupidity.
