As for Delacruz, he was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in October 2015. He pulled a knife on Walmart employees after attempting to steal merchandise with a female suspect. In January of this year, Delacruz pleaded guilty to the charge. Assistant District Attorney Jason Ferguson had argued that, because of the severity of the offense, Delacruz deserved a prison sentence. However, Judge Ben Woodward handed down 5 years deferred adjudication probation.
