SAN ANGELO, TX – Concho Valley PAWS is looking for two drivers to help transport a group of rescue dogs and cats from San Angelo to Fort Gratiot, Michigan.
The trip, scheduled to depart on Friday, Feb. 7, will ensure the animals reach a transfer point where another team will take them to their new homes in Canada.
The organization is covering all travel expenses, including fuel and meal allowances, and will provide an overnight stay in Michigan on Feb. 8. Drivers will return to Texas on Feb. 9. Thanks to a donor, each driver will receive a $500 stipend for the trip.
