Crash on Knickerbocker Sends 1 Person to Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A crash on Knickerbocker Road on Thursday afternoon sent one person to the hospital.

At about 3 p.m., a white pickup truck failed to yield the right of way when it pulled out from Executive Drive onto Knickerbocker, according to a traffic officer with the San Angelo Police Department.

The truck turned in front of a grey Ford Focus, and the vehicles collided. 

The driver of the truck was released from the scene with no injuries but was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The driver of the Focus was taken to the hospital by ambulance, though her injuries didn't appear serious, the officer stated.
