Lake View Student Selected for All-State Mariachi

SAN ANGELO, TX - Lake View High School student Isaac Carrales has been selected for the All-State Mariachi for the second consecutive year.

The Lake View Mariachi program announced Carrales’ achievement earlier last week.

We've reported before that in 2023, Carrales made history by being the first Mariachi student in San Angelo and all of West Texas to earn a spot in the All-State Mariachi.

 

“We are proud of the musician he is developing into and excited to see what the future holds for him,” the program said in a statement. "Way to represent, not just Lake View or the Northside, but ALL of West Texas!"
