SAN ANGELO, TX – First responders were dispatched to River Crest Hospital on Hunters Glen Road this morning in response to a “special call” that led law enforcement to the facility’s rooftop.
This happened around 10:30 a.m. at 1636 Hunters Glen Rd, where officers were seen using ladders to access the roof.

A small group of individuals had gathered on the roof, which appeared to be the focus of the police response.
A reporter at the scene witnessed one individual being detained by authorities. However, the exact circumstances surrounding the event remain unclear at this time.
It's also unknown if the individuals on the roof were patients of River Crest.
