Concho River Restocked With Channel Catfish

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Inland Fisheries San Angelo District announced that Channel Catfish have been stocked within the Concho River in downtown San Angelo today.

It's unclear how many fish were stocked, but the restocking initiative began on April 12, with biweekly restockings continuing through the fall, excluding August.

The final stocking for 2024 will take place on November 1.
