SAN ANGELO, TX – The 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow Air Force Base will host an Air Force Career Day on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
The event is aimed at potential recruits, offering individuals up to the age of 42 an opportunity to explore what life as a member of the U.S. Air Force could entail.
The event will include a bus tour with stops at locations like the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy, the Security Forces Military Working Dog Kennel, and the Public Affairs office.
Attendees will have the chance to meet representatives from various Air Force career fields and learn about the benefits of a military career, including comprehensive medical coverage, free training, educational opportunities, and food and housing benefits.
