SAN ANGELO, TX - An active police presence was observed near 3806 Loop 306 today.
The activity was noticed around 12:30 p.m., and San Angelo LIVE! received a phone call regarding the presence of the San Angelo Police Department near the Red Arroyo.
On the scene were six police cruisers and a City of San Angelo fleet services vehicle.
Most of the investigation was taking place near the arroyo.
