Longhorn Steakhouse Coming to San Angelo?

SAN ANGELO, TX — A new steakhouse could be coming to San Angelo.

In the July building and inspection report, Longhorn Steakhouse has a permit pending in the amount of $2,400,000. This is not the first time Longhorn Steakhouse has had a permit pending in San Angelo.

Rumors started long ago that Longhorn Steakhouse was coming to San Angelo but now have returned to the permit pending section of the building and inspection report.

The permit for Longhorn Steakhouse has not been issued yet but many seem to think they would take over the old Red Lobster building.

The address listed is 3980 West Loop 306, which puts it close to Sunset Mall. For example, Chili's Bar and Grill is listed at 3950 West Loop 306.
