San Angelo Forecast: Mild Start to the Week with Rising Temperatures

SAN ANGELO, TX – The National Weather Service has released the forecast for the upcoming week, predicting a mix of sunny skies and slight chances of showers, with temperatures gradually climbing towards the weekend.

According to the NWS detailed forecast, today, San Angelo will experience mostly sunny conditions with a high near 93 degrees. Northeast winds will blow at 5 to 10 mph, with gusts reaching up to 20 mph.

Tonight, there is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., with a continuing slight chance of showers after 4 a.m. The sky will be partly cloudy, with temperatures dipping to around 71 degrees. 

Northeast winds will continue at 5 to 10 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph. The probability of precipitation stands at 20%.

Tuesday will see a similar slight chance of showers, with thunderstorms possible after 1 p.m. Despite the potential for rain, the day will remain sunny with a high near 95 degrees and a gentle north-northeast wind at around 5 mph. The chance of precipitation remains at 20%.

Tuesday night is expected to be mostly clear, with lows around 72 degrees. East-northeast winds will calm to around 5 mph before becoming still after midnight.

On Wednesday, there’s a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. The day will be sunny, with temperatures rising to a high near 97 degrees. Winds will shift to the east at around 5 mph in the afternoon.

By Wednesday night, conditions will be mostly clear, with temperatures dropping to around 73 degrees. Winds will shift again to come from the south after midnight.

As the week progresses, a slight cooling trend is expected midweek, with a few showers and storms likely.
