SAN ANGELO, TX— The canopy is up and the plumbing work is getting done at San Angelo’s first splash pad.
Just over a week ago, crews began work on the splash pad going in at Unidad Park off College Hills Avenue. With road crews shutting down part of College Hills, one would think work would be stalled on the splash pad.
But no, the splash pad crews have been hard at work getting pipe in the ground and a big canopy covering up already. There is still concrete work to be done but things are happening fast.
