Rams Hosting 2024 Lone Star Summer Showcase Camp in June

SAN ANGELO— The ASU Rams are hosting their 2024 Lone Star Summer Showcase Camp next month.

While the Rams baseball team will be boarding a plane bound for Cary, North Carolina, they have already set up for their 2024 Lone Star Summer Showcase that will be held on June 25, 2024, at Foster Field at 1stCommunity Credit Union Stadium.

The showcase will be open to all high school players ages 15 though 19 and costs $150.

It will follow an MLB scouting format including:

  • Batting Practice
  • Catcher’s pop times
  • Infield and Outfield position work
  • Pitchers bullpens
  • 60-yard dash
  • *Game

This will allow players to put their talents to work on the diamond while getting coached by the ASU coaching staff.

Space is limited and anyone interested in participating in the 2024 Lone Star Summer Showcase Camp is encouraged to contact Head Coach Kevin Brooks.
