Knickerbocker Traffic Down To One Lane After Driver Fails To Yield

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Westbound traffic on Knickerbocker Road was down to one lane after a crash. 

It happened at the intersection of Creek Side and Knickerbocker Rd around 11 a.m. 

A red GMC Yukon SUV and a golden Chevy Spark were involved.

Investigations revealed that the GMC Yukon, driven by a 37-year-old woman, was traveling westbound on Knickerbocker Rd. Meanwhile, the Chevy Spark, driven by a 22-year-old woman, was attempting to turn from Creek Side onto Knickerbocker Rd. when it entered the intersection, resulting in a crash between the two vehicles.

Neither driver sustained injuries from the accident. Both drivers declined transportation to the hospital.

The driver of the Chevy Spark received a written warning for failing to yield the right of way from a stopped position.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
