SAN ANGELO, TX — Chik-fil-A Inc. recently applied for a building permit from the City of San Angelo to build a new restaurant on the Northside.
According to building permits from the City for Commercial Projects Pending, Chik-fil-A applied for a new restaurant to be built at 2210 N. Bryant Blvd. The project's estimated cost is $1,200,000, and no start date or timeline for completion is available at this time. The new location is behind Icon Cinema on N. Bryant, next to MLK Park.
The shopping center currently has a Subway in one corner of the building, so it is not known how the logistics for a Chik-fil-A parking lot would work in that situation. This newest Chik-fil-A will be the fifth one in San Angelo. The famed chicken sandwich joint currently has locations on Knickerbocker Rd, Sunset Mall, the Angelo State University campus, and Sherwoodway.
