Bake Sale to Support Family of Shooting Victim

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - A bake sale to support the family of Jakob Jones is going to be held tomorrow, Jan. 5. 

Jones is the 23-year-old victim of the shooting that occurred in downtown San Angelo on New Year’s Day. 

The sale will be held at North Grape Creek Rd. in San Angelo, at the "old Allsups right across from the new Allsups."

The sale will occur from 8 a.m. to whenever everything is gone. 

Items include brownies, cookies, muffins, etc. 

The hosts of the event stated that patrons can pay with cash or Cash App. 

A GoFundMe has also been created to support the family of Jones.

“Jakob was a young, bright soul who would do anything for anyone,” information from the GoFundMe page stated. “He would literally give you his last dollar. Jakob loved his family, friends, and his truck. He genuinely loved to be under the hood ‘wrenching.’”
