PHOENIX, AZ — The San Angelo Central Bobcats Speech and Debate team recently competed at Nationals for the National Speech and Debate Association in Phoenix, Arizona.
The ‘Cats finished in the Top 20 at the competition as a team, the top 1% in the nation. Most impressive was Bell Royer. Royer won the first-ever main stage event National Championship title in Oral Interpretation. Congratulations Bobcats!
