Former ASU Rambelle Takes Coaching Job in Lubbock

 

LUBBOCK, TX— A former Angelo State Rambelle basketball player has accepted a job at Monterey High School in Lubbock, Texas.

Maddie Stephens, who was named First-Team All Lone Star Conference in her final year, has taken an assistant basketball and track coaching job at Monterey High School. Stephens graduated from Monterey and played basketball for Angelo State University.

Stephens graduated from ASU where she was the all-time leader in rebounding and finished top five in nearly every major statistical category. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health science Professions.

She will not only coach for Monterey as she will be teaching math as well.
