How You Could Win $10,000 in 30 Minutes in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – Vitalant this month is giving out tons of prizes from a free lunch to $10,000.

According to the press release, on June 20 and 21, 2023, Vitalant and Shannon Medical Center will be co-hosting a summer blood drive. Along with the special event Vitalant will be having a $10,000 drawing for anyone that donates in the month of June. 

Anyone over 16 years of age and 110 pounds is eligible to enter.

It’s the BIG 10K Giveaway – everyone who donates between June 1 and June 30 is automatically entered to win one of two $10,000 prepaid gift cards.  For more information, go to Vitalant.org.

School is out – that means it is Summer and the MOST difficult time of year to maintain an adequate supply of blood and its products to help save the lives of patients in local hospitals.  Introduce lifesaving blood donation to your teenagers who are 16 years and older.   Bring friends and co-workers.

Blood donors only need to be at least 16 years old, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be healthy.  16 – 22 year old female donors will need to meet additional height and weight requirements. 16 year old donors must present a minor donor permit signed by a parent or guardian – go to www.vitalant.org to find the form.
