LOS ANGELES, CA — “Everything Everywhere All At Once” dominated the Oscars on Sunday night. The movie claimed several awards, including Best Picture, as 18.7 million people tuned in to watch. In a change from the recent pattern in Hollywood, the Oscars’ viewership increased by 12 percent from a year ago.
The winning movie is about a middle-aged Chinese immigrant who is swept up into an insane adventure in which she alone can save existence by exploring other universes and connecting with the lives she could have led.
Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert's flick emerged as an improbable Academy Awards heavyweight. The indie hit won seven Oscars in all. In case you missed it, here is the full list of winners.
