SAN ANGELO – Construction crews continue to install storm water and underground utilities along College Hills Blvd. at the Red Arroyo Tuesday.
The utility construction currently underway is part of the project to totally rebuild College Hills from Loop 306 to Ave. N, which is one of the projects in the $80 million, 10 year street reconstruction plan for the City of San Angelo.

The project is approximately 20% complete. The College Hills roadway is now open from Ave N. to Millbrook and then from Hemlock to Loop 306.
Construction continues with crews replacing stormwater drains and other underground utilities.
Vista del Arroyo is now open across College Hills from Sul Ross to Westover Terrace. Look for an update from the City later this week.
