A photographic lineup was presented to the victim where he positively identified Flores as the man who damaged his property and attacked him with a crowbar.

Flores was arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on August 16, 2022, and posted a $40,000 bond on August 17, 2022. He is not allowed to contact the victim.
