SAN ANGELO, TX — Laying fiber optic cable comes with some risk as seen early this evening at the corner of Sunset and Knickerbocker.
A company laying fiber optic bored into a water main that sent City of San Angelo Water Department crews there to fix the massive leak. Traffic is still flowing through the intersection but water was still flowing as of 6:30 p.m.
