New Automotive Tire Shop Opens in Southeast San Angelo

SAN ANGELO – The newest business to open its doors in San Angelo is a tire shop on the south side of town.

Velocity Tire, located at 506 San Jacinto St. at S. Bryant Blvd., was approved to construct a $1.4 million building in Jan. 2022. After just a quick four months the tire shop opened for business on Apr. 25.

Velocity Tire offers every type of tire under the sun. They claim that if they don't have the tire you are looking for then they can order it.

To celebrate the grand opening, Velocity Tire is hosting a celebration on May 13 and 14.

During the opening they will be giving away a number of things including cash prizes, a 70" TV, NexGrill bbq pit, 5 Yeti Coolers, many yeti cups, golf balls, fishing poles, bag toss, and much more.
