WATCH: City of San Angelo Prepares for Icy Conditions

 

SAN ANGELO, TX- The cold weather has hit San Angelo and will not get better overnight.

According to The Weather Channel, there is a winter weather advisory in effect for Tom Green County and temperatures are not expected to rise above 30 degrees this evening and though until morning. There is about 35% chance of precipitation from midnight until at least 5:00 a.m.

 

Road crews have already begun spraying the bridges in preparation of an icy rest of the week.

Warmer weather is supposed to start heating things up on Sunday, February 27, 2022 where the high is projected to hit 72 degrees.
