The NFL Playoffs Kick Off with Wild Card Weekend

 

SAN ANGELO, TX- The NFL regular season has come to an end and Wild Card Weekend is here as the NFL Playoffs kick off this coming Saturday, January 15, 2022.

The teams representing the NFC are the Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Packers were the first seed in the playoffs with a record of 13-4.

Teams representing the AFC are the Tennessee Titans, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Las Vegas Raiders, New England Patriots, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Titans won the bye week over the Chiefs with a record of 12-5.

The AFC will play two games on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Up first, Derek Carr and the Las Vegas Raiders (10-7) square off against Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals (10-7) and will be shown on NBC, Peacock, and Universal. The late game, on CBS and Paramount+, will see Mac Jones and the New England Patriots (10-7) take on division rival Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (11-6).

The NFC teams begin Wild Card Weekend on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. as Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles (9-8) take on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (13-4) in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. You can watch this game on FOX and FOX Deportes.

The 3:30 p.m. game is one with some history as Jimmy Garoppolo and the San Francisco 49ers (10-7) travel to AT&T Stadium and take on Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys (12-5). Former Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo will commentate this game as CBS is airing the game as well as Paramount+, Amazon Prime Video, and Nickelodeon.

The AFC chimes in at 7:15 p.m. when Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs (12-5) take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7-1) at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. The Chiefs game will air on NBC, Peacock, and Telemundo.

On Monday, January 17, 2022, another divisional show down takes place at 7:15 p.m. when the Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals (11-6) play Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams (12-5). This game will be shown on ESPN, ABC, ESPN2, ESPN+, and ESPN Deportes.
