Ink Master Oliver Peck to Headline 2022 West Texas Tattoo Convention

SAN ANGELO, TX – Tickets are on sale now for the 2022 West Texas Tattoo Convention in San Angelo in late February.

The 13th annual West Texas Tattoo Convention is being held at the San Angelo Coliseum from Feb. 25-27. Weekend passes are currently on sale for $41.50 and day passes can be purchased for $21.50.

This convention, always hosted by San Angelo's own Trufant brothers, will feature dozens of tattoo artists including Victoria Del Rio, Chad Ramsey, and more.

The most famous artist that will be participating in then convention is Oliver Peck. Peck is famous for being a former judge on the highly viewed cable TV show "Ink Master." 

Peck is known around the tattoo world as the master of American Traditional style pieces.

"Dean Williams always told me Oliver Peck was the best tattooer in the world at doing Oliver Peck style tattoos, I believe him, Oliver is one of the most interesting and amazingly funny humans I know," stated the Trufant Brothers on their Facebook. "I’m glad to call him my friend and proud to have him come back and help make San Angelo Texas a little bit more colorful!"

Peck is also considered to be the artist who started the deal of $13 tattoos on Friday the 13th and is in the Guinness Book of World Records for completing 415 tattoos of the number 13 in a consecutive 24-hour period.
