Disturbed Homeless Woman Shot & Killed by Dog Walker

HOUSTON, TX – A late night dog walk turned deadly Sunday night in a Houston neighborhood.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a woman was walking her dog in front of a strip mall at FM 1960 and Ella Boulevard around 11:15 p.m.

According to the woman, as she was walking she was approached by a homeless woman.  Investigators say the homeless woman may have acted aggressively or attacked the dog owner.

The dog owner then discharged her firearm killing the homeless woman.

At this time no criminal charges have been announced and the investigation continues.
