SAN ANGELO, TX – Saturday morning's heavy rain has moved out of the San Angelo area and forecasters are expecting cloudy but mostly dry conditions for the rest of the evening.
San Angelo LIVE! organizers say the Star Spangled Concert and Fireworks are a go for Saturday evening as thousands of people are expected to attend the event at the River Stage downtown.

While the grounds at the Bill Aylor River Stage might be a bit damp, the Star Spangled Celebration, cannon fire, fireworks and after party will go on under cloudy but mostly dry skies.
The latest weather models show isolated showers have moved out of the area and are not expected to return until well after midnight.
On Independence Day, there is a very slight chance of isolated showers so Fourth of July Celebrations Sunday should be mostly dry and rain free in the San Angelo Area.
The Star Spangled Banner Concert and Fireworks is a free event and everyone is invited to attend and celebrate America's birthday.
