Lubbock Man Accused of Assaulting Minors

LUBBOCK, TX -- A 52-year-old Lubbock man is facing serious charges after he was accused of inappropriately engaging in sex acts with two minors.

According to court documents, David Morales was charged with two counts of indecency with a child/sexual contact and failing to register as a sex offender.

Back in 1991, Morales was convicted of sexual assault. He failed to keep his registration current.

Last month, Morales was accused of sexually assaulting two minors.
